The chart
Row 1 is at the bottom of the chart and row 66 is at the top. Each square represents one stitch. Read odd-numbered rows from right to left and even-numbered rows from left to right.
Making the blanket
- Cast on 27 stitches in the colour shown on row 1.
- Work through the chart from bottom to top, up to row 66.
- At each colour change, cross the yarns on the reverse to avoid gaps.
- Keep an even tension and check the width of the blanket regularly.
- After row 66, cast off loosely and weave in the ends.
